Your trailer will be done on Tuesday, but we haven't started it yet!!

So, on April 7th we decided to take our trailer for its yearly maintenance and for a few warranty things before it expires. They told me it would be done on Tuesday the 20th. There were a few trailers ahead of ours. We had an appointment?? Not happy about it, but we left it.
On the 20th, I call. I get "I will have the service manager call you tomorrow." Again ????
So, he calls. Well, we have been overwhelmed with trailers and we haven't started it yet. UHH! Okay so how long is it going to be. "Call me tomorrow and I will have a better idea."
So, tomorrow rolls around. "I get Sam who says I will get the manager." After being on hold Sam comes back and says "how about next week?" I say "How about Friday?" He goes on and on about how they had a local RV show and how there have been 12 trailers in front of ours and how no one has really been at the shop to fix them cause they were all at the show.
So, for now I will call on Friday and see where we are at.
So, much for an appointment these days.

don't sell us a car - you'll get fired!!

2 years ago, we went to the dealership to buy a car and a few days later we returned to finish paperwork and the guy who sold us the car no longer worked there.
Well, as most of you know we bought the excursion a few weeks ago. It didn't have any floor mats in it.
The gal said she would special order them from Ford and they would be there in a few days.
No call - no call. Jeremy went over there today and she no longer works there.

?????????????????????????????????

Okay. We did get the floormat thing figured out and they should be here in a few days.

Our Anniversary!!

We planned nothing big this year for #7. In fact, we didn't get a babysitter until about 4 in the afternoon. We went to Benihana's for dinner. The best place in the world to eat. Steak, chicken, shrimp, lobster, vegetables and rice all prepared on the table in front of you. It turned out that it was two other couples at our table anniversarie's also. One couple was married 63 years and the other just one. It was fun.

Molly's Celebration Week

I know I haven't written all week, but we have been a busy clan.
As many of you know - Jeremy's mom died 1 year ago on April 10th. So, we spent the 9th-17th celebrating her life. Molly had a great joy for life. Everyday she lived like it was her last.
So, here is the breakdown of our week.
Saturday the 9th -
Jeremy, Jen, JJ, Ty, Dylan, Jeremy's brother Paul and girlfriend Alahna, Jeremy's sister Chrissy and her 5 kids (Isiah, Mackayla, Tyisha, Omni, and Molly) and close family friend Marquita went to the ocean which was Molly's favorite place. The kids had a great time. Jeremy and Paul took the plunge and went out in the water. Molly went in everytime she went there. They were cold, but they did it.
Sunday the 10th -
A trip to the cemetary and a BBQ at Jeremy's dads house with family friends. Nice to see everyone again.
Monday and Tuesday 11th and 12th were Jeremy's work days.
Wednesday the 13th -
We went to the Tulip Festival in Skagit Valley. Molly loved flowers. And the flowers were beautiful. We got some great pictures of the kids.
Thursday the 14th - The kids had some friends over and then we went to the Washington State History Museum. They had the September 11th exhibit here from the Smithsonian in DC. It was great. They had lots of interesting stuff and a memorial wall.
Friday the 15th -
We took the boys and Jen's niece to Chuck E Cheese's. They had a blast. Then, in the evening we had the Sonics game with Boys scouts. The boys had a wonderful time. The Sonics won and then they got to go down on the court and shoot baskets and meet Squatch the mascot. We got a great picture.
Saturday the 16th -
We went to the Puyallup spring fair. A lot smaller than we remembered, but the boys got their rides and Jen got her corn on the cob. Dad got his burger although earthquake wasn't there (They have large burgers).
Sunday the 17th -
JJ had a pool party with his friends from school. They always have fun at the pool. Dylan even went in and had a good time. We got some great pictures.
All in all it was a busy hectic week, but it was a great way to celebrate Molly's life.
Thanks for all your thoughts this week.

Dylan update

HI all -
Dylan is crawling like a maniac and now is pulling himself up on things. Most of the time he only goes to his knees, but sometimes he stands up.
He is getting so big so fast.

a 600 van and a dented gas tank

Jeremy's business had a ford econline that got destroyed in a rollover last november. We paid 3000 for it and it lasted about 6 months. So, Jeremy was completly ecstatic when he saw one on the side of the road for 600. Runs old painting van.
Well, we bought it. Jeremy drove for a few days. Kept it full of gas cause thats his thing.
Yesterday he calls me that it has just died in the road. So, I drive to Bellevue to find him on the side of a busy road. We tow it up a little ways to a turnout. We try a fuel filter. No luck. Try a fuel pump. Sounds a lot better, but didn't fix the problem. So, Jeremy's brother looks under the van to see if he can find out why the engine isn't getting any gas. Well, come to find out that gas tank has a huge dent in the middle, so all the gas is going to the sides and can't reach the hole to get to the engine. So, after 6 hours of beating on it and replacing things - it just needed some gas.

FYI -
Jeremy went and bought a new gas tank this morning!!!
